Liam Pearce grew up watching his father build something of his own. A trade business, run properly, on his own terms. From the time Liam was in primary school, the message was the same: learn the trade, work hard for someone else, then back yourself.

He spent 8.5 years doing exactly that. Long enough to become a highly skilled tradesmen. And long enough, to see what the industry was getting wrong. Problems handled with silence. Homeowners left in the dark. The gap between what clients deserved and what they were getting was obvious, and it stayed with him.

When his family started growing, the decision became clear. In 2022, Liam founded Pearce Constructed, with Gabby by his side and a clear picture of the business he wanted to build. One that did the work properly. One that treated communication as part of the job, not an afterthought. One that a family could trust with the most important project of their lives.

That standard has not changed. Liam works directly with every client, supported by a tight team who share the same values, delivering renovations and extensions across Newcastle, the Hunter, and Maitland.
